Our 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work course is a fast-paced energetic introduction to the world of First Aid. It is suitable for those working in lower risk environments, this course is often the minimum requirement for many sports coaching qualifications too.

We utilise the latest technology to bring training to life! With more publicly accessible Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) available than ever before, all our First Aiders get the chance to try out these lifesaving devices during this course.
Using the latest CPR manikins, Candidates also benefit from real-time computer-aided feedback on their skills as well as feedback from the manikins to their phones!
